Due to limited staff at the warehouse orders are taking longer than expected to ship out. Please expect orders to be out within 7-10 business days

RETURN POLICY

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

MONOGRAMED ITEMS - Once a Kerchief has been monogramed there are no refunds or exchanges. Please read all monogram info before making a purchase. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@hankskerchiefs.com and send your item to:

Shipping
You should receive a tracking number upon purchase. Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Customs & Duties:
Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or custom fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials in your country and cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. We have, unfortunately, no control over customs fees or delays. The cost you pay for shipping when you checkout only covers the fees necessary to get your package delivered to your address. You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees charged by the customs officials in your country. We strongly encourage you to research the customs procedure in your country prior to placing your order to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
